We used X-Treme Steam to clean our carpets after we closed our new home. It was a foreclosure so needless to say the carpets were in terrible shape. They were very filthy with a ton of stains many of which were bright red (I assume some type of juice) and dark black. We didn't want to have to replace all of the carpet all at once and decided to see if we could get by with having them professionally cleaned.

From the start X-Treme Steam was extremely professional and helpful, they were able to get us in within a few days and showed up on time and ready to work. Our carpets looked fantastic, we couldn't have imagined they would turn out as great as they did. They were able to remove the bright red and dark black stains which is amazing considering the carpet is a light beige. Not only were they clean but they were dry within a few hours and they even came out the next day to inspect one of the intense stains to make sure it came out.

We were thrilled by the service and even more pleased when they informed us they did power washing and were able to clean the siding of our new home after two years of built-up grime and soot.
